Mission: Our wellness studio is on a mission to promote holistic well-being through prevention, personalized care, education, and empowerment. Classes/Services: Rebounding Classes are the primary fitness classes. Other fitness classes are held ie: Yoga Beginner-friendly: Yes. Session Types: Private, Online, and group classes are available. Age/Health Restrictions: PARQ form is required; clearance for high-risk conditions.
Booking: Via Octiv app. Cancellation Policy: Class forfeited if canceled within an hour. Advance Booking: Up to 3 hours prior. Missed Class Policy: Flexible, with fairness in mind.
Attire: Gym tights/training pants and a sports bra. Rebounder: Provided. What to Bring: Water and a towel. Running Late: Notify the instructor; 10-minute grace period.
Lockers/Showers: No showers; intimate and safe studio. Parking: Available.
Instructor Qualifications: Fully qualified and first aid trained. Health Conditions/Injuries: Indicate on PARQ form and inform the instructor.
New to Rebounding: Start with our guidance. Experience/Fitness Level: None required. Introductory Sessions: One-time sessions are available.
